This notice explains what happens to the information you submit through the application form at beloura.ai ("the form"), operated by Beloura Ltd ("Beloura", "we", "us").

What we collect

• Your name and email address.
• Any social handles you provide (Instagram, TikTok, or others).
• What you're looking for and your estimated following, if selected.
• Any message you choose to add.
• Your IP address and browser user-agent, captured automatically to help us detect spam and abuse of the form.

Why we collect it

We use this information solely to assess your application, to contact you about management with Beloura, and to protect the form from automated or abusive submissions. We do not use it for advertising or sell it to third parties.

Legal basis

We process your details on the basis of your consent, given by ticking the consent box before submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in operating a secure, spam-free application process.

Who else sees it

Your submission is stored on infrastructure we operate directly and is not shared with third parties, other than the email service we use to relay a notification of your application to our team (SMTP2GO). No message content is sold or used for any purpose beyond that notification.

How long we keep it

We retain applications for as long as reasonably needed to assess them and follow up with you. If you ask us to delete your information, we will do so unless we are legally required to keep it.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information you've submitted, or to withdraw your consent for us to hold it. Contact [email protected] for any of the above.
